On Wednesday 22nd November from 14:45 to 18:30, at the European Committee of the Regions (room JDE 70), the Institute for Competitiveness will organize the public conference “The Mediterranean Gateway to Energy Union”.
The conference aims to analyze the role of energy in the European and Mediterranean area. The focus will be on the future cooperation strategies that should be adopted, in the context of the Energy Union project, to ensure the energy supply to all the Mediterranean and European Regions.
A paper carried out by I-Com will investigate the Energy Union’s perspectives in the Mediterranean area.
The paper will be presented and discussed with some of the most relevant stakeholders invited to take part in the discussion, as consumers’ associations, industry representatives, Ambassadors, European Commission officials and MEPs.
