 scuss the key messages from their position paper on the revision of the Tr
 ans-European Energy Networks (TEN-E) Regulation and Infrastructure Governa
 nce published on 19 June.\nThis position paper responds to the European Co
 mmission public consultation on how effective the TEN-E Regulation has bee
 n\, notably with regard to Europe’s long-term decarbonisation commitment a
 nd the principle of prioritising energy efficiency in all planning\, polic
 y and investment decisions. The Commission is expected to propose revised 
 guidelines later this year.\nStakeholders and members of the wider public
