 logue\, in partnership with the European Policy Centre.\nTerrorist attacks
  have serious consequences for the families of the victims who lost their 
 lives\, the survivors who were wounded and those that have witnessed the a
 ttack. Their lives are impacted and changed forever. \nWhile the victims o
 f terrorist attacks and their families find themselves in the spotlight in
  the aftermath of an attack\, little is known about what happens in the fo
 llowing weeks\, months and years. Prompt\, efficient assistance and suppor
 t from public authorities along with support of frontline practitioners in
 cluding mental health practitioners and social workers is crucial to help 
 rebuild lives. The work and support of national and European victim associ
 ations is also central in this process.\nThis Policy Dialogue will look at
  the rights of victims of terrorism and how states can strengthen their na
 tional legislation\, procedures and practices to better protect and suppor
 t victims and their families. It will highlight the best practices in plac
 e and the key challenges that remain to be tackled.\nPlease send your part
