 nsition to a low-carbon economy? This Executive Training Seminar will prov
 ide participants with a practical overview of the current financial instru
 ments to support projects aimed to achieve sustainability. In particular\,
  the training will analyse the role of Central Banks\, of the public secto
 r and of State investment banks in the transition\; the possible ways to s
 caling up climate finance in developing countries\, and the different nati
 onal paths to contribute to the Paris Agreements. Finally\, participants w
 ill learn about the European experience of the EU Emission Trading System.
 \nFees: 1\,300 € (10% reduction for early registrations to be sent by 28th
  February)\nA discount of 25% will be applied to the charges for internati
 onal European and national civil servants\, as well as to members of the N
 GOs.\nThe fees cover the cost of the course as well as coffee and lunch br
 eaks. Travel and hotel costs are not included in the fees.\nFull or partia
 l fee-waivers\, as well as a limited number of scholarships\, will be avai
